NEXT EXHIBITION AND AUCTION

10-12 paintings by István Sándorfi will be exhibited in the Contemporary Art section of the fifth "Budapest Art Fair" (20-23 November 2008). The show, in honour of the artist, will be organised by Erdesz & Maklary Fine Arts.

One of Sándorfi's last work, "Still life with fruits (or lemons)" (oil on canvas, 2007 45 x 55 cm) will be put in auction in Budapest on the 8th of December, by "Erdész and Maklary".

PUBLISHED BOOK

The publisher Maklary Art Works has produced a 350-page book covering the entirety of the painter's career to accompany the exhibition. The book is now available in English, French and Hungarian.
